Look at that face!
Happy guy.
When I was little I thought the "garbage men," as we call them here, were like Santa Clause and that they were the same four men, traveling on their truck through out the world. I was so excited to see them at our new house when we moved. I could hardly stand it!
Now there's only the driver of course, but due to recycling, and yard trimming bins we get 3 chances to catch the truck. It makes for seeing at least one of them every Wednesday!

Charlie would love living here. The main refure bi-men collect every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The cardboard and tins bi-men collect every Tuesday while the bottle bi-men collect every Thursday. And the newspaper bi-men collect Saturday.

Very cute, my eldest gets very excited about them too. I would seriously get on the phone to your council and arrange for the bin men to come later, I'm sure they'd oblige. And when children are a bit older you get all the questions like 'where do they take the rubbish? what happens to it? why?' and so on. And on.

Bless him, Chrissy is the same but over Firemen (FY-EE-MANS) as the top of our road is an accident blackspot, they often turn up to pull cars apart from one another after a smash, and Mini loves watching them out the window when they do. But everytime they go again all hell breaks loose
