Unable to work out why they're STILL showing 'election specials' when nothing much seems to be happening? Frustrated by the fact that a handful of votes makes such a huge difference to the number of seats? Bemused by the fact that the beeb still sends reporters with umbrellas to stand outside 10 Downing Street?
Me, too. What we need is...
The MADs - which stands for 'Mums and Dads' - is sponsored by Butlins and celebrates the best in UK parent blogging. And it's holding its very own election for the best MAD blogger 2010. And let's face it - what's more important? A few hundred MP's shouting 'wyauuuh, wyauuuuh!' at each other for the next five years or some really interesting blog reads? Absolutely, blogs win every time.
Now I don't know about you, but I've never read anyone's manifesto. Life's too short. But the great thing about The MADs has been the opportunity to read and enjoy so many amazing blogs. And I've made some fabulous new discoveries along the way. So, in the spirit of BBC impartiality, a full list of all the candidates can be seen below. So take a look; there are some fantastic reads. And please vote. There'll be no hung parliaments, no deals, no coalitions and no sell-outs. Just another MAD year of blogging.
